This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs access to and use of website content, digital services, software products, and mobile applications provided by Jiangsu Leyun Shuchuang Technology Co., Ltd ("Leyun Shuchuang", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to this Agreement.

5. Artificial intelligence application software development.
6. Information system integration services.
7. Data processing and storage support services.
8. Digital content production services.
9. Enterprise digital transformation consulting.
10. Graphic design services.
11. Brand strategy planning.
12. Marketing planning services.
13. Sales of computer software/hardware, intelligent digital products, and office equipment.
14. Internet sales (excluding licensed business items; goods not prohibited or restricted by laws and regulations may be independently operated according to law).
15. Mobile management application development, release, operation, and maintenance for international markets.
You represent that you have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you use our services on behalf of an entity, you represent you have authority to bind that entity.
Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, implementing internal access controls, and promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or security incidents.
For app products published via Google Play, Apple App Store, and other app marketplaces, users and business customers agree to comply with applicable store policies, including listing disclosures, prohibited content rules, age ratings, payment rules, and user-rights disclosures.
Distribution channels may include Google Play, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery, Samsung Galaxy Store, Xiaomi GetApps, Amazon Appstore, OPPO App Market, and vivo App Store when used by the project.
Store operators are independent third parties; availability, ranking, removals, and review outcomes are outside our direct control.
Service operation and app distribution may involve adaptation to country and regional laws, including data privacy, consumer rights, digital service obligations, and age protection. Applicable frameworks may include GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other U.S. state laws, LGPD, PIPEDA, APPI, PDPA frameworks, PIPA, POPIA, India DPDP, and additional local rules based on deployment scope.
Customers must provide accurate territory and sector requirements where local sector laws apply.
Apps and services must follow age rating and child protection requirements of target markets and app stores. If your use case includes minors, you are responsible for obtaining required permissions and implementing age-appropriate controls, parental notice, and consent workflows where required.
Where monetization features are enabled, supported ad formats may include app open ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, and banner ads (and native ads where legally compliant).
Potential ad and mediation platforms include Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, ironSource LevelPlay, Mintegral, Liftoff Monetize, Pangle, InMobi, Chartboost, Smaato, Start.io, Digital Turbine/Fyber, Moloco, and others as commercially required.
Ad delivery must comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, user consent obligations, and SDK policy requirements. Revenue outcomes are affected by market demand, auction mechanics, geography, seasonality, and policy constraints; no guaranteed income is provided unless separately agreed in writing.
You must not use our services to:
1. Violate laws, regulations, sanctions, or export controls.
2. Distribute malware, deceptive software, or fraudulent content.
3. Infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
4. Circumvent security controls, abuse APIs, or perform unauthorized penetration activities.
5. Publish prohibited app content under relevant marketplace rules.
Unless otherwise agreed, all rights in our pre-existing technologies, documentation, frameworks, and know-how remain with Leyun Shuchuang. Project-specific deliverables may be licensed or assigned according to signed commercial contracts.
Commercial pricing, invoices, payment schedules, taxes, and delivery acceptance criteria are defined in separate order forms, statements of work, or master service agreements. Late payment may result in suspension to the extent permitted by law and contract.
Our services may integrate with third-party infrastructure, app stores, analytics providers, cloud providers, and ad networks. Their terms and policies apply independently and may affect service behavior.
Privacy handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and project-specific data protection agreements where applicable. Customers are responsible for lawful data collection in their own business context and required notices to end users.
We work to maintain stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless explicitly defined in an SLA. Planned maintenance, emergency mitigation, marketplace outages, or force majeure may impact availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as available" basis unless otherwise contractually agreed. We disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, and punitive damages are excluded. Aggregate liability limits, if any, are defined by signed commercial agreements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leyun Shuchuang from claims arising from your unlawful use, policy violations, rights infringement, or breach of this Agreement, subject to applicable law and negotiated contract terms.
We may suspend or terminate services for material breach, security threats, non-payment, legal restrictions, or policy violations, consistent with contractual commitments and legal requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract, this Agreement is interpreted under applicable law in the contractually designated jurisdiction. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through written notice and executive escalation.
We may update this Agreement due to legal changes, marketplace policy updates, or service evolution. Updated terms are posted on this page with an effective date.
